May 22nd - High Winds and Rainy Chores
Today we prepared for 50mph gusts, I processed 40 dozen eggs, and we cleaned up the barn in prep for power washing next week.

May 21st - Field Tomatoes and Coyotes
We planted tomatoes, lettuce, and fennel. We trellised tomatoes using the Florida weave method, and had a coyote encounter.

May 20th - Peppering, Staking, and Celebrating Servant Leadership
We planted peppers, spread the last of the landscaping fabric, staked tomatoes, and celebrated our farmer's birthday

We cultivated then planted zuchini and summer squash; then we processed eggs.
